Format change would be helpful - back to one previously used
Would love to see the picture on the right side with the place for notes. I'll never see it across the top since my computer will hide it.

Another Great Calendar!
This is the 3rd year in a row that I have ordered this desk calendar for my Boss. It is amazing how organized this keeps him! I purchase the Motivational calendar, which he really enjoys.
