What happened?

Used to be great, now not so much
I’ve been using these for years, and have loved having a sanitary toilet cleaning tool. They must have changed the way the disks are made however, because now they start separatingId before the toilet is clean. Like other people said, once they hit the water they start falling apart. I had to fish part out of the bowl! Yuck! The product has really been changed for the worse, and it’s too bad because it used to be so awesome.

The sponge came off of the wand!
The sponge slipped off of the wand while my dad was trying to clean his toilet & got flushed down. He has a septic system and now we are worried this could cost a lot of money to resolve. I used to love these
I have been using the Clorox Toilet Wand for about a year and have LOVED them so much. They were wonderful. But the box of refills I recently bought fall apart before I can get the toilet cleaned. I am very frustrated with this, as this is a luxury I allow myself when a brush and cleaner is much cheaper. I am praying it was just this one box that is defective and not an ongoing change in quality. I will try one more box, but if they fall apart too, I can’t continue to justify purchasing these.

Hit and miss

Bad batch

What happened?
I’ve been buying these for years. I could get two toilets done (not that I’d want to...but for comparison) and now the second these new ones hit the water, they disintegrate.....absolutely horrible. I want my money back. I want the old formula back. I want things to stop changing. Who’s responsible for these?? Please put the originals back on the shelves. I’m done with these.

Decrease in Quality! :(
I have been buying this product for a couple of years and have always found it to be a great product. I bought a box of refills approx 6 months ago and I immediately noticed a decrease in the quality, but thought it was a fluke! The layers of the refill began separatingId during use. I continued to buy the product and didn't experience any more issues until using the box I purchased this month. The sponge literally came apart from the disc that attaches to the wand. I had to "fish" for the sponge in the toilet bowl and remove it with my hand. I will probably buy one more box, but if the quality is no better, I will no longer purchase this product. Clorox, you had a great product, put your Quality team on this and resolve the issue please!!

Loose and Floppy
I started using ToiletWand about 3 years ago due to the fact I could no longer find the ScotchBright sponge type any more. While they did OK I guess, it always seemed they might come off. But the last few months purchasing them, I have seen that the material is less dense which makes the cleaning disc floppy and not hold it's shape. I am disappointed that you seem to have made a less durable product perhaps to reduce cost. Please continue to give a good product.

Plugged toilet
I’ve used this product for years and today I flushed the toilet and the Clorox pad fell off the wand and went down the toilet. I now have had to call a plumber to come out to fix the clog. I’ve been extremely happy with this wand prior to this incident and believe it’s great to clean the toilet and easily dispose of pad after cleaning but am very disappointed how the pad fell off and now I am having to pay for a plumber to come out.

This new one falling apart
Let me first start by saying how much I love this product and dislike giving a bad review, but sadly this time I must. A few months ago I had to purchase the Sentiva as the original was not in stock. It falls apart when hits the water and the cleaning does not last long. The original refills (blue ones) last a week, while these new ones barely last two days. Hopefully when I buy your wand refills, and I will, they will be good again.

Help!! Scrubber got lodged in toilet
I have bought these for years, but today as I was cleaning the toilet it got caught in the hole and fell off. I couldn’t see or feel it. So left the toilet. Well my kid then flushed it. Now my toilet isn’t filling properly. Help! Do I need a plumber. Will this eventually dislodge?

Normal would rate a 5 but......
I always use these toilet wands in my toilets when cleaning and typically love them but the last refill batch I bought fell apart and they separated between the sponges. Love the pad.....
but the wand is flawed. It doesn't easily stick to the pad and is cumbersome while cleaning. HOWEVER, I love the pad. It has cleaning product on a "magic eraser"!! I avoid using the wand, put on my cleaning gloves and go for it! It does a wonderful job cleaning every crook and cranny. I would recommend this to a friend that is willing to stick their gloved hand in the toilet and scrub. If you're wanting to keep your distance with the help of a wand, then no, I would not recommend it. I will buy this product many times over, just not the wand.

These clean great, but...
I love these for cleaning my bathroom toilets -- I have one in each bathroom. But after remodeling, I am wishing Clorox had some "designer" toilet wands/bases so they didn't stick out like a sore thumb. Even just a gray version and a black version. The white gets dusty and dirty so easily. I'd really prefer a more enclosed system to provide a sleeker look overall.

No more Drippy, Germy Toilet Brush!
I've always hated the idea on storing a drippy, germ-filled toilet brush under the sink and this product totally solved the issue. The heads snap on and pop off easily without the need to touch them. Was very pleasantly surprised at how well the heads scrub the bowl, didn't expect them to be that durable. I originally bought one for the master bath and loved it so much I bought one for each bathroom.

My BEST cleaning investment EVER
I have been meaning to write this review for a few months now. I started using the disposable wand over the summer. I love the fact that I throw the pad away after each use, and don’t have a re-used brush that just ‘sat around’ by the toilet all of the time. (I always found that unsanitary). I love the product so much, I bought one for each bathroom. Then my youngest when off to college, so I bought one for her dorm room. That’s when she took it a step further! She scrubbed her shower with it!!! Since then I have been doing the same thing! The wand makes it easier do I don’t have to bend over so much ! The chemicals are not harsh, which I’m usually very sensitive to. And it makes the bathtub sparkling white, getting all the build up off! The genius of a college freshman thanks to your product!!!

Aweful as of late
I bought one a couple years back and loved it, so I bought one earlier this year, they've obviously cut down on costs bc as soon as I attached the scrub pad, the plastic lifted off the scrubber before I got the wand completely out of the base! I figured that had to be a fluke, the next one fell apart two seconds into scrubbing, one disconnected before I got it into the bowl and I had get it out of the toilet with a glove. So no I don't recommend anymore. This was a great product I had fond memories of that they cheapened and ruined. I want my money back!

Ruining my toilets
I have been using the toilet want for about 6-9 months and I must say I love the concept and the ease of the product. I do have one issue, however. The finish on all of my toilets is being ruined. We have always cleaned our toilets at least once a week and have never left the cleaning product in the toilet for any period of time. Once the toilet is cleaned the toilet is flushed. Since I have started to use the Clorox Toilet Wand I have replaced one and now need to replace two additional toilets as the surface of the toilet bowl has become very rough. We never had this issue or problem until we started to use the Colorox Toilet Wand so unfortunately I am discontinuing use. Please help me understand why this product is destroying the finish on my toilet bowls.

Used to Like

I like this product. I think it does a good job at cleaning the inside of the toliet. What i would like to see is to be able to get just a replaceable wand, as my broke and since i have two bathrooms i have to go get the other wand from the other Toliet Wand container that i have andI do not want to have to buy another Clorox Toilet Wand Whole Cleaning System just to get another wand as the second one i have w/no wand i use as storage for the disposable cleaning pads in which it works great for. Yea its convenient to be able to pop the head on from dispenser and drop it in the trash when done. But the heads are not durable. I certainly wouldn't say they "power through tough stains" they barely clean an already clean toilet. Waste of time and money. Better off with a clasic toilet brush and cleanser.

Toilet refill heads fall apart
Bought a box of 30 refill heads. Used 11 so far, each and every one fell apart within the first swipe in the toilet. Pads separated where blue cleaner was and hung by a few fibers.

They fall apart!
I have a box of 36 refills that I hardly used and might as well throw out. I used to love this product when they first came out, but the quality has plummeted. They are much thinner now and fall apart when they hit the water! Not a good feature for a product intended for use in a toilet.

Head got stuck in the toilet!!!!!
I was just cleaning my toilet bowl today and then all of a sudden the head cleaner just fell off and got stuck in my new toilet bowl. Not a good product to clean the bowl. Where have you been all my life?!
Was hesitant to purchase based on some negative reviews. I had no problems putting the cleaning head on the wand, also no problem with the head staying on during cleaning. Was able to reach deep down into the bowl where my other brush couldn't reach, as well as under the rim. I do agree , however, with the environmental impact of these...but hopefully I won't need to clean it as often now. Also like the slim design of the wand and caddy.
